This design project of a studio apartment, designed by architects of the Archdizart Group studio, shows how to turn an acquired open-plan apartment into a functional and stylish studio.
With a small area of the apartment (40 sq. M.) It was possible to equip a separate bedroom, a common living room and kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a dressing room. The design is made in a modern style, combining the features of a loft and minimalism. Restrained color scheme is combined with a brighter decor and variegated flooring "under the tree", which gives the studio a dynamic interior.
Living area
The decoration of the living room walls uses the popular brickwork texture characteristic of a loft. On one of the walls applied drawing with airbrush.
The living room has a corner sofa that can be converted into a sleeping place for guests. The TV cabinet separates the reading space near the window, where a leather armchair, a stool, and a tall floor lamp are installed. The seating area is underlined by a slightly raised ceiling level, lighting and a stylish hanging lamp.
Kitchen area
The working area is formed by an angular kitchen set with laconic, without visible fittings, facades of light and dark color. Built-in appliances allows you to conveniently prepare. For the decoration of the apron used turquoise mosaic tiles, giving the interior freshness. The set is complemented by a side dining table made of artificial stone.
Bedroom
A separate room is obtained by installing partitions with sliding glass doors and transparent windows under the ceiling. For the design of the wall above the headboard used wallpaper with a background pattern.
Illumination of the bedroom is provided by LED lighting and an overhead ceiling lamp of interesting shape.
Entrance hall
There are no built-in wardrobes in the hallway, and there is a dressing room for clothes and shoes, located to the left of the entrance to the apartment.
Bathroom
In the design project of the studio apartment, the bathroom decoration is made of white and brown ceramic tiles with mosaic tiles in soft turquoise. Part of the bathroom is separated from the sink with a transparent partition.
Hidden LED lighting gives the interior a special appeal. The room is equipped with a compartment and a niche to accommodate hygiene supplies.
Guest bathroom
The bathroom has a hanging cupboard for household items and an open shelf with decorative lighting, where you can put scented candles.
