The modern project of a three-room apartment 95 sq. M. m

In the development of the project, the first place was occupied by its functionality, so the apartment has everything that today is the quality standard of housing: separate rooms for sleeping, each with its own bathroom, a common area for family members to relax and receive guests, a cooking area and well-thought out storage systems.

Color and style

The main color of the design was a neutral gray-blue, referring to the "cold" scale. This allowed to visually expand the room, and on this background the color accents used to make the interior dynamic look especially attractive.

Apartment 95 square meters. The apartment looks unusual and spectacular due to the combination of seemingly incompatible things in the interior: for example, a brick wall adjoins classic furniture and lamps of futuristic design. This combination was made possible through the use of fusion style, allowing bold experiments, but requiring accuracy in the selection of elements.

Redevelopment

The project of a three-room apartment provides a common area, which combines the functions of a living room, dining room and kitchen. In the bedroom allocated a place under the dressing room. The entrance area was slightly reduced - at its expense, the bathroom at the parent’s bedroom was expanded. At the same time there is a place for built-in wardrobes - they were allocated with the help of partitions.

In the room intended for the son of the owners, there is an exit to the loggia. This was used to increase its illumination - the balcony block was replaced with floor-to-floor glazing, and a small window opening was cut in the wall next to it. That it was possible to have a rest on a loggia with comfort, it was warmed.

Kitchen-living room

Common room in an apartment of 95 square meters. m. combines three zones of different functional purposes: the cooking zone, the dining area and the reception area. Separation of zones is carried out visually with the help of finishing: the walls in the dining area are decorated for painting - a dark gray color will serve as an excellent background for decorative elements of the interior.

The walls in the kitchen area are lined with porcelain stoneware, and the living room is decorated with a wall of ceramic bricks. Very light almost white floor unites all three parts of the interior into a single whole and makes it more harmonious and comfortable.

The common area was furnished with a limited budget. The living room has a comfortable folding sofa, a stylish coffee table and a rack with side tables. The storage system looks very decorative, although it is quite roomy.

Textile adds comfort: beautifully draped window curtains and soft carpet, all in gray tones. Bright accents add mood - above all, abstract paintings on the walls and colored sofa cushions.

The light scheme in the project of a three-room apartment is close to the standard one: the ceiling lights give the main light - they are overhead, and are distributed evenly over the ceiling area. Suspensions - replicas of designer Tom Dixon - place accents and provide comfort.

Parents bedroom

The main color in the design of the apartment is discreet gray, in the parent’s bedroom gentle turquoise and discreet navi are used as an addition to it - together they create an atmosphere of relaxed relaxation by the sea. Striped black and white curtains enhance the maritime theme. Table lamps on the bedside tables provide a soft, intimate light, above the dressing table for the lighting is responsible for the sconce.

For storing clothes, a small dressing room was arranged - this is the most convenient and rational option.

Son's bedroom

The main style of the youth room is functional minimalism. A small window, arranged next to the balcony block, is highlighted in active yellow color, passing on to the next wall. The yellow stripe expands as if flooding the room with sunlight. The opposite wall, near which the workplace is located, is covered with special black paint - you can write on it with crayons. Clothing will be stored in built-in wardrobes, made specifically for the project.

Entrance hall

The floor near the entrance door was tiled, which is the most practical - this part of the apartment is the most communicating, it is most polluted, and ceramic tile is the easiest option in cleaning. The walls are covered with two types of non-woven wallpaper: monochromatic light gray and blue-blue with ornamentation creating an interesting optical effect: overlapping geometric shapes of different shades of blue visually crush the wall plane, thus changing its scale upwards.

As systems for storing clothes and home accessories, cabinets are used that are built in such a way as to occupy as little space as possible at maximum volume. They are very discreet in design, which allows them to be used as a background for decorative elements.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms in the apartment - one opposite the parents' bedroom, the other for the son, as well as the guest room. In addition to a full bath, the parent also had a washing and drying machine, a laundry storage system, and a sink for two. The walls are tiled from different collections of Kerama Marazzi - this underlines the fusion style.

The second bathroom is smaller, it is equipped with a small shower cabin with transparent walls.
