And the update began with a compromise: minimalism and classic - these are the two styles that combined all that was liked by both spouses. The preferences of the owner - modernity, minimal furniture, maximum open space. The hostess dreamed of preserving the spirit of old Moscow housing.

Basis 3-room apartment design became a classic finish. Neutral white color became the backdrop for playing around with design ideas, embodied in bold planning of rooms and furniture with a bright personality.

The area of ​​the old apartment is about 100 square meters. m., which gave opportunities for experiments. Nevertheless, the functionality was in the foreground, as the owners have two children, and each family member needs a place for his favorite activities.

Combination minimalism and classics at the initial stage, it was manifested in a non-standard layout: they left one wall, between the hallway and the kitchen-living room, the hallway itself was divided with the help of wardrobes opening in two directions, increasing the kitchen area. Thus, with a minimum of furniture received maximum comfort.
