The project from the studio Lauri Brothers: design 2-room apartment, "Khrushchev"

Design of 2-room apartment - "Khrushchev", created by the authors of the studio "Lauri Brothers" - one of the examples showing how you can transform the housing of the old building into a comfortable and functional space. In developing the project, the wishes of the customer were taken into account: with minimal costs to give the apartment a modern exclusive look, creating a sense of space and freedom.

To successfully complete the task, the kitchen was combined with the living room, and the resulting space was filled with a minimum set of furniture. The interior style is minimalism, in which there are features of industrial style. The predominance of white color visually expands the space, and the blue hue of the ceiling gives it lightness.

Living room

In the recreation area there is a sofa with a restrained gray color, bean bags and two round tables. In addition to the overhead ceiling lamps, symmetrically located suspensions with flat shades are used for lighting.

Near the opposite wall of the living room - an elongated wardrobe and an updated sewing machine with accent yellow. There is a lot of free space on the wall, which can be filled with video equipment and decor. On a light background, the blinds and black radiator stand out well, giving the interior individuality.

Kitchen and dining room

Corner set with a combined painting of facades forms a compact working area. The decoration of the apron is made of glass panels, very practical to use. Attention is drawn to the bright flooring from the Spanish factory Vives, which separates the kitchen area.

The dining area is a wall table and two lightweight chairs. It is interesting that the radiator pipe, painted in accent yellow color, has a decorative function. To illuminate the dining table, a pendant lamp is used, mounted on the projecting part of the ceiling.

Bedroom

The berth is equipped on the podium where the orthopedic mattress was installed. The room looks quite cozy thanks to the texture of the wood and the draping of the window, and industrial-style lamps and a yellow stool give it a stylish look.

Entrance hall

The texture of the brickwork is often used in a loft style, in this project they used it to finish the wall near the entrance. In the design of the hallway, as in other areas of the apartment, there are contrasting details in black, and the most unusual detail of the composition is a bicycle hanging on the wall.

Bathroom

The interior of the room is attracted by the harmonious combination of brickwork, wood and white surfaces.
